River Sheaf Walk - Millhouses Park

Brilliant views. Shame it doesn't go on further. The trail is very chopped up by roads and buildings, but this is a longer stretch than some of them.

Great location. Well kept Adnams real ale and craft beer options. Some staff friendly and others less so. Food quality can be variable. The fish and chips were good but the Nacho dish was evidently microwaved, burnt to the sides of the plate and dry. The rooms are good but lacked basics like a hair dryer and none available when we asked. They don't run a bar and meals tab (add to the room) for guests either. Breakfast was included and comprehensive, cooked and served by a friendly lady. Overall, a mixed experience and they need to pay attention to the details that undermine their otherwise strong points.
