Looked better inside than last time and getting through on phone was easier. Service was caring as usual but costs might put me off ever owning a pet again.

UPDATE: since taken over by a corporation the best staff started leaving. Such a shame. From 5 stars to 3 (should be 2,5 stars really).Very friendly staff. Great service. I love your approach to your patients as well.We are very happy we have found you.

Took my 9 month old German Shepherd to vets as she had a bad limp. Vet made her feel relaxed while he checked her over. He was very gentle with her. He checked both sides of her body to check for joint movements. He explained using a diagram and skeleton exactly where she was hurt. And how to help her heal quickly.

Very helpful, and the vet was kind and gentle with my dog. She’s been going there since she was a puppy and she’s nearly 7 now. Highly recommended.

Appointments are made easily and promptly. Social distancing efforts are great and it feels very safe to have my pets seen at the practice. The vets and veterinary nurses are very compassionate, caring, warm and thorough in their explanations of illness and treatments of the animals. Secure payment also made easily over the phone to adhere to social distancing safety measures further. Leave feeling reassured that my pet is cared for and I understand the plan

This used to be a lovely practise. However as my very elderly dog became more ill with heart disease they just kept doing quick examinations & saying he was OK. The vet said he wouldnt consider quality of life until the dog was completely unable to stand to do his business. I changed to another vet after 15yrs+. The other vet did a proper exam and advised immediately it WAS indeed time to do the kind thing as I'd suspected. Watching my dog coughing & miserable before I moved him was genuinely traumatic.
