Regus - Leeds Princes Exchange

We moved into Princes Exchange 8 months ago. We original had a small office but knocked through into two more to make room for our expanding workforce. The expansion was all done very quickly (overnight!) with no fuss. The building is very convenient for travel to see clients and for them to visit us. The staff are all very friendly and we get regular emails inviting us to free breakfasts, quizzes and gin tasting. An excellent place to work.

I set up my first company here 5 weeks ago. Melissa, Hannah & Bridget on reception are very helpful. They set up nice little treats for the business here like breakfast mornings (who doesn't love a free breakfast) They are attentive and quick to help. Which I've found very valuable as I've never opened an office on my own before. Top place and beautiful facilities and break out areas.

Fraud! Three months into my contract, I received an invoice for a deposit I had already paid. Despite querying this via email and receiving no response, I later got hit with a late payment fee for the same deposit. After disputing this, I was informed it was a new deposit because I didn’t set up automatic payments, yet my attempts to clarify were ignored. Upon terminating my contract and giving notice, I received another late payment invoice, resulting in two fees deducted from my deposit.

Very hygienic office complex. Very clean and tidy, something I am obsessed with. Floor, walls and bathroom suits are above average in regards to cleanliness. Professional staff who go the extra mile for their customers. Well illuminated, fresh smells and well mannered people. Exactly what we need more from society.

Large building of many buisesses. Staff friendly but easy to get lost on way to parts of the building looking for the company you are after.

I have been working here for last 2 weeks now. Regus is great brand and professionally managed working space. One thing It impressed me is location is so convenient from travel perspective. Space is well managed and clean. They have good cafeteria facilities and great co-working space with professional interiors. Excellent concierge staff who caters to your office work space needs. Last but not least their monthly events. Really Awesome !!

As this is my first office job, Princes Exchange in Leeds have set the bar high! All the staff are wonderful - the managers are really helpful, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the cleaners are efficient. I could not fault this place. If you are looking for an office space in the heart of Leeds, I would recommended this one without a doubt!

Great office block location with friendly staff at the reception.

We have been in Princes Exchange since Jan 2018. The new centre manager Luis is amazing! He cares about his clients, he always has a smile on his face and he responds to our concerns promptly and efficiently. A touch of class is when he makes us aware every time maintenance is in for any little jobs we require doing in the office. By far and away the best business centre manager I have worked with!

What is the point of having a reception and charging the businesses for it?? The lack of customer's service, the staff laziness, discrimination and dismissal is incredible. I was blamed for being at the wrong building after waiting 45min, even though I went to the Reception as I came in and ask for the Busines that I wanted to see, I was dismissed and ignored and asked to wait. Apparently I was blamed for not knowing that Dr Midgley was not at the Princess Exchange Regus Building and this was MY DUTY, not THE RECEPTION to know (even though I asked as I entered the building but I was ignored by the receptionist/centre Manager). Apparently the Reception or Centre Manager doesn't know who rents the offices/run businesses, but I am sure they know who occupies the offices at the time of charging/requesting rent!!The basis of any reception, to know who occupies the building and if a business is there, inform the business a customer is waiting or if the business isn't there, inform the customer. Otherwise, why to have a reception at all?? I would have gone office to office to find it myself and I would have done a better job!!
