Dune London, West Quay Southampton

Great place to shop staff very friendly in ideal location with plenty of stores in-store west quay .lots of places to eat or have just a coffee.great restraints inside complex.

Great shop for all households and clothing.

We first walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful found a pair of sandals in the sale instantly fell in love the ladies complemented me with them I was sold! Got to the till and the price on them was wrong it said £36 but coming up at £56 ... working in retail it doesn't matter if it's wrong you have to sell at the price on that item but immediately the lady serving me turned rude and said I won't sell them at that price ripped out the stickers and said do you want them still or not as much as I did her attitude was disgusting so I left!! Although I shouldn't have I did go back and but them and another lady served me who was so lovely! (ELAINE) maybe staff should be aware of the rules in retail!

This is the first time I have visited Dune and I was very impressed by the shoes they had on offer. Great selection of smart shoes, I intended to just buy one pair but came away with two!

Returned a pair of shoes after 6 months of use (developed a leak).The sales assistant exchanged them for a new pair, no quibble. Friendly and efficient staff, great customer service. Highly recommended+++

Great JL store. Neat clean and tidy we ith a Waitrose downstairs. What's not to like.

Dune are my favourite shoes. I love the styles and quality. This time it was a pair of boots, which I'm still happy with and will probably become a winter staple.

I visited the store today and the staff member who was a young lady was more then helpful, a credit to the team and very helpful, and help me pick the perfect belt. Thanks again will be visiting again.
