Absolutely gutted that this shop wasn't open when it said online that it was. We travelled up to hanley just to see if we could get an appointment and to see if we could be fitted in the same day if someone had cancelled. There was two numbers located in the shop window which I tried and went straight to voicemail. I did leave a message and 2 weeks on, still heard nothing back. My sister also left a message on Instagram which was also ignored. I feel as though this place does not value their customers as much as they should which is unfortunate as they have a beautiful shop with lovely dresses seen in the windows. I would say it is always worth a try to ring this shop before going down to avoid disappointment.

As soon as we got there it was such a warm reception. Myself and my sister had come to choose a dress for my wedding in august. Jules was amazing and let me try on as many dresses I wanted and was there for advice when needed. No pushing for sales. She was so accommodating as I felt so nervous. There were so many dresses to choose from and even shoes and accessories too which I was able to try out with the dresses. The dresses were amazingly priced too. Such a lovely shop and a fantastic service. Jules just wants her brides to feel comfortable and wear a dress that they feel comfortable and love. That is exactly what I found with the dress. My 1st visit to my 1st bridal shop and I said yes to the dress. Thankyou so much Jules

I'm not a shopper ... I absolutely hate dress shopping but I thoroughly enjoyed trying on and choosing the most beautiful dress today .. there is absolutely no pressure to buy , the emphasis is on enjoying the experience , which I certainly did ... this lady knows her stuff and I absolutely recommend giving this gorgeous hive of gowns a look .. x

Can't recommend I do bridal enough. Jules was amazing from start to finish. She helped me with choosing and trying on dresses and made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable. So many beautiful dresses to choose from and really good prices to suit everyone's budget. Can't thank you enough

Absolutely perfect experience, I’ve never been gown shopping before and I chose I Do Bridal as my first shop. I didn’t expect to say yes to a dress, but with Jules’ help, I did!I would definitely recommend I Do Bridal! It’s location is good, the prices are even better. Jules stocks a small range of shoes, belts, veils and tiaras too so you could literally buy everything in one go.The shop caters to all tastes and budgets. There’s even a sale rail! Please go in and have an appointment with Jules.She was so welcoming to us, we went upstairs and I had a lovely dressing room with an adjoining showing room, Jules caters to your needs too, we were offered a drink during our time there and she was so patient with us. She also gave us time alone to discuss and whittle our dresses down to “the one”I can’t wait to go back and collect my dress. Thank you Jules xx

Found the perfect dress and jules who owns the shop was very helpful. Made you feel relaxed, making it even better for your big day to come. This being my first time, Jules helped with all the questions I asked and more. Definitely recommend. Dresses are all fabulous and loads to choose from, all at great prices.

As soon as we arrived at the store we met Jules who runs the store... We could not have been made to feel more welcome... After numerous visits to bridal shops, this was honestly a breath of fresh air.Absolutely no pressure selling, just friendly advice, a lovely relaxed atmosphere and great dresses, but most importantly of all, great quality and great prices.We found the perfect dress after choosing between 4 dresses and Jules at no point tried to sell us the most expensive one we liked, but was extremely complimentary over the lower priced dress.This speaks volumes and reinforces the fact that she wants the bride to look and to feel the best for her big day.Cannot recommend highly enough.Thank you so much for your help, patience and understanding.. You're a credit to the profession.
