I received excellent service from Knights Heating and would definitely recommend using them!My boiler wasn't working, and they managed to fit me on the same day.Their engineer was very polite, professional, and clean. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get my boiler up and running again.I like that Knights Heating brings their wealth of experience and expertise from prior experiences with British Gas.

Efficient. Professional. Reasonable and most importantly of all Extremely Skilled and Knowledgeable.The engineer arrived promptly when he said he would. Showed great customer service and understanding. Explained and resolved the issue all within one visit (when others couldn’t after multiple). Oh and not to mention their prices were more than reasonable and competitive. All in all a great service and experience. I will definitely be using Knights again if and when needed!

I wanted a radiator installed in my kitchen (none existing). Jack was really helpful and responsive throughout the process and gave me really good guidance on what would be best for my space and circumstances. Very reliable and timely on the day of the work and his colleague was also great.The radiator and pipework looks great - I’m really happy with it!Would come to Jack again for plumbing / heating!

Jack was great we needed him to come out at short notice to check the church hall boiler as it was not working. We called 5pm Jack was with us checking the boiler at 7pm the same evening.Jack found the fault and supplied and fitted the parts and gave us a very fair price for his services.We will definitely use him again.Thank you Jack for getting the hall warm and usable again.
