Pictures explain it all! Food cold, wrong food sent, 35 minutes late and my 1.5 year old threw up after eating 1 so called popcorn chicken

Unprofessional, treat people differently and they can’t hold themselves accountable to their mistakes. I posted this review on their fb page and instead of an apology like everyone seems to have gotten, I get abuse.“Not the type to complain but I was disappointed with the service. Food ordered at 18:10, arrived 90 mins later plus they’d messed up one of the orders. Upon request for a refund for the item of food, they said it’ll be there ASAP...the following day we’re still having to chase up our money. The spicy pizza with “peri peri and tomato base” was just a tomato base and the pizza had 0 spice in it at all. Never again. Sticking to Flames!“Allegedly that was abusive, they lied and said that I’d used vulgar language towards them and staff. This was allegedly over the phone and at the driver. But being from a customer service background and having been a delivery driver before, I’d never speak to someone like that.

Waited an hour and half for food. Didn't bother to contact me. Had rang 3 times but never answered. Finally got hold on the fourth and they were rude and told me I had to wait another 45 mins. Will make sure everyone we know across Stansted and Essex never orders from these cowboys.

I ordered food at 8 pm this evening, food arrived at 10pm.I'm so very disappointed, upon ordering food was told to be delivered within 45 min to a hour, as it took 2 hours to arrive I had phoned a few times to see where the food was? There was many of excuses, and when the food finally arrived it was cold/Luke warm,I feel sick and the food was bland, disgusting. I've never experienced such poor quality of food, or customer service in my lifetime. When I finally got through to the takeaway service I was only given yet more excuses and 25% off my next order. I will never order from yourselves again. The food was horrible.Gave one star because I can't post without it. The food and service was well below any star. You deserve to be shut down.

Ordered for the first time today. Food arrived in good time and piping hot! I ordered two pizzas (Mediterranean With sweetcorn and pepperoni and Hawaiian), bbq chicken wings and the Margos special burger. The pizza is what you’d expect from an American pan and is decent however the Mediterranean didn’t have any tomato sauce on the base which was disappointing after several slices I ended up nicking my fiancée slices as they tasted better and had tomato base. The Bbq wings are very good. The burger bap was nice and soft, salad was fresh but the two party’s were a bit dry and hard and the cheese was left out. So a mixed review from us :(

Just awful.Took so long for such terrible quality. My Rio pizza was literally three bits of overcooked chicken, terribly burnt crust with dough that im still chewing now.I was honestly looking forward to this as takeaways are a treat for my family but i wont be going here again.Just go elsewhere and save your money and time

Ordered here for first time from just eat this evening.Food came on time was still hot considering we are about 20 mins drive away, ordered a Calzone,chips,kids popcorn chicken and kofte kebab , we all found it really really tasty! We will be ordering from here from now on rather than our local pizza/kebab shop! Glad we tried a new place.

I have become somewhat of a regular here.The food ALWAYS arrives piping hot and the drinks arrive ice cold. The delivery's are always friendly and chipper which makes me look forward to saying hello everytime they bring my food. Jonny in particular is brilliant and couldn't ask for a better delivery man. I highly recommend.Although I have 5 stars. Just a friendly note that the calzones and pizzas could use a lot more sauce on the base. I think it would make a huge difference.

ordered at approx 7:30 and told the arrival time was 7:54/8:15 - didn’t come till 9pmcalled 3 times and told it would be just 10 more minutes and the driver had left but didn’t come for another half an hourfood was okay but definitely not worth the wait and hasslewill not be ordering here again
