We have had stone effect cobbles for over 20 years and extended it with brand new ones, so the difference was very obvious. Luke did an amazing job bringing the older ones back to life. He was very neat and clean and tidied up afterwards

From contacting Luke, right through to him carrying out the job, it was a great experience.I contacted Luke to clean our very difficult roof. Within a few hours I had a quote and on the basis that we had already obtained 2 other quotes, we instructed Luke to carry out the work.He came and carried out the cleaning of our roof and we were so happy with the end result.Very professional throughout, competitive quote and overall, a happy customer. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Great service from PureGem, Freezing weather and still came to clean our roof. After cleaning the house looks so different. Honestly thought our house had grey slates, nope after cleaning they are terracotta which has totally changed the look of the house.Can’t recommend them enough. Professional and Friendly.

Luke and Lois were very professional, provide a high level of workmanship and also very respectful of the property. They are also both really easy to get along with. We had the roofs of the house and the garage cleaned together with the paths and are very pleased with the results.

We were really pleased with the roof clean by Luke and his team. The roof was transformed with all the moss removed. Luke came straight after another job nearby to quote for our roof and brought over scaffolding that day, completing the job by the following evening. He also very kindly replaced a gutter brush for the neighbours when he was up on the scaffolding. They cleared all the moss and mess up leaving super clean stone flags and back patio. A very professional and efficient service - thank you.

Luke and his team did a great job cleaning our roof and gutters on our house. They completed the job quickly and professionally while having to work in terrible weather without complaint. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Luke did a great job of cleaning our roof and decking. The whole service from start to finish was professional and thorough and communication clear throughout. I also found him to be great at offering advice when I picked his brains on general landscaping/maintenance questions! We will definitely be working with PureGem and Luke again :)
