Admittedly I was concerned about the mixed reviews when I was directed to this repairer by my insurance company, but thankfully my experience was of a 4 star variety. The car was collected and returned in a professional yet friendly manner by Lewis and Graham and the work appears to have been carried out in line with expectations.The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that trying to obtain accurate information about the status of repair was difficult however, overall I’m very satisfied.

Aweful experience after a small simple accident to the side of our car,it had to go to them three times to reach an acceptable standard,there is clearly an issue with there QC. There was no offer to cover our costs of fuel or offer to collect the car on the 2 times we had to take it back. I cannot recommend this garage.

Can only say great things about ARC. Chose this garage after someone reversed into my car and they provide an efficient service. Updates on the stage at which the repair is at and even collected my car ! They have done an amazing job at removing the dent, im so happy with it ! Thank you!

Recently our Puma went here for repair after someone went into the side of it, the quality of the repair was second to none. The car looks back to as new, plus the car had been fully valeted and washed prior to collection.The online service tracking was great and kept us up to date with the progress and any emails we had sent were replied to within 24hrs

By far the worst garage I have ever experienced- if cow boy builders had a car show I’m 99% sure this would be a top offender.My car come out worse than it went it, i don’t know who the receptionist thinks she is but she seems to have a lot of knowledge of my car and I think the state it came out they may have even asked her to fix it?They don’t fit genuine parts, you’ll save your self some time & money ordering of eBay.Please avoid you’ll save yourself a lot of stress.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Car had to go in from third party claims handler, over 8 weeks and my car still hasn't been fixed correctly. Treated my car as light damage and chose to ignore the bent chassis and crash bar, my bumper doesn't line up correctly and they are refusing to fix my car correctly to the point that my solicitor has had to get involved. I have over 10 years in the motor trade and never experienced a body shop as bad as this one! Avoid at all costs if you want a proper job doing to your car

Wouldn't recommend anyone to take their car there. Mine's been with them for over a month now for a front and rear bumper replacement. They also keep postponing the completion date, everytime you'd call they'll say it's going to be ready next week" and will find various excuses. Still waiting for that week to come."

Where do I start? Such a bad experience the repairer. ARC Daventry.My car was parked when It was crashed into.First of all, the paint work was nice, so when I collected the vehicle, initially I was really happy that the paintwork looked great. Then I drove it.The steering was not central, and the wheel was contacting the arch when going over a bump. I returned my car and was told it’s just the suspension being dry it ll be fine and they apparently looked at the tracking again and, the comment I got back was you must have hit a kerb!Drove it away and still no different, makes me wonder if they ever did the tracking after the car hit my parked car! The wheel was still contacting the arch when suspension moved over a bump. The gap, wheel to arch, on the drivers’ side (repaired) was ½ that of the non-damaged passenger side.I called again! And was told to bring it back in after my holiday, so a week later I brought it back and after a few minutes they admitted a problem with the wing but still nothing on the steering centrality. Was told they would call me once they spoke to their supplier.Finally booked to go back and get it all fixed. I was told I could not have a courtesy car, because of Christmas! And the manager on phone, admitted they had fitted the wrong wing! After a long few days without a car, they called me to say it was all done.I was expecting the wing to have been replaced for the correct one and the tracking to be fixed! But no, they bent the arch lip over, changed a bracket and told me they won’t be looking at the tracking and to contact my insurers if I wasn’t happy.I drove the car straight to Black and Rounds and had to pay £66 to have the tracking done correctly. Like it should have been first time! Black and Rounds staff said they doubt it was ever touched.I am very disappointed to say the least, I do not wish to ever be in contact with them or their very rude receptionist ever again! It’s such a shame because their paint sprayer actually did a decent job.I am now in contact with my insurers about the whole situation.

Had a great experience. The receptionist, Andrea couldn't do enough for us. So friendly and understanding. Also had my car delivered back to me once I explained I would find it difficult to pick it up. My car was with me within a couple of hours, all clean and lovely. Thank you ARC and Andrea for all your help. Highly recommended.

Aviva assigned ARC (Daventry) as their approved repairer for my claim. I was unsure about using them but they said they would pick up and drop off my van after repairing it so I agreed to them repairing my van.On notifying Aviva of my claim I had uploaded pictures of the damage which clearly showed a new door was required. As well as this I had taken it to two body shops that both instantly said that a new door was required. Despite this, it wasn’t until 5 days after ARC (Daventry) picked up my van that they ordered the necessary parts.I was informed of nothing else until day 11 when I was told my van was ready for collection. I told them that they had agreed to deliver the van back to me but they said that was no longer possible and that I had to collect the van in my own time and at my own expense. As I had no other option, I collected my van.On collecting the van I asked what work had been done but they refused to tell me.On detailed inspection of the work I found that the interior door panels were not fitted correctly. I rectified this myself as I no longer trust this company.I will never use this company again as the work was not to an acceptable standard, they failed to deliver the van back to me as agreed and they kept the van off the road for longer than necessary.
