Angela was really pleasant and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean and well equipped with beverages☕. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely room with nice decor and sea view. Not en-suite but bathroom conveniently next door. Unfortunately shower control faulty so would only run very cold or scorching hot, owner made fully aware and said it would be fixed. Breakfast good.

We had an amazing stay with Angela - the cooked breakfasts were delicious! The house was beautifully furnished and the views of the bay were brilliant. We’d love to come and stay with you again.

Had a lovely stay (13 - 17/09/2021) Room big and spacious, spotless and very clean. En suite was bright and big. Very hospitable hosts couldn't do enough. Excellent price, breakfast scrumptious. Little extras of sweets and cookies, home from home. Dog friendly too. Will we come back, most definitely. Thank you from Jackie, Rob and Trixie (Liverpool) xx

Great room, quiet location, terrific view over the bay, off street parking but unrestricted on street parking too. Easy drive to Lancaster & Morecambe, nice canal walk, and close to Hest Bank for dinner. Plentiful and tasty breakfast.

Angela was the perfect host! Warm and accommodating but not overbearing at all. We had accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double but Angela happily moved us to a double instead. Everything was exceptionally clean, the bed was incredibly comfy, the room was very spacious, the bathroom and shower were very nice. The breakfast was spot on, nothing to be improved upon at all. We were just sad we weren't staying longer than one night! And the value for money was amazing.
