Went down to be assessed for a replacement wheelchair my wife and I could not have been looked after better by all the staff chatting to us while we waited then I was assessed by Tony and a young lady in training they made us feel as we had known them for yearsExcellent at his job and the young lady could not have had a better trainer thank you all for making our visit an enjoyable one

Very dangerous disabled entry wheelchars have to use main road and car park roads as no access ramps are provide on the pavements

It was not easy to find but once found access is very good, it has a choice of ramp or 2 steps it has a automatic door and a lot of space inside. The toilet is automatic by touching it the door opens and once you are inside the door will shut behind u and you lock it.Staff was helpful and friendly

My mum collected a wheelchair today for my elderly nan. The staff were really friendly and pleasant. Ana showed how to use the wheelchair really clearly and nothing was too much trouble.

We are Having assessments for a suitable wheelchair for my Mum.Jude and Helen assessed her and were unbelievably kind, thorough, respectful and very patient. They are determined to get her the correct fit.They are a credit to the NHS. Thank you
