If you like your nabours little kids to be woken up all times of night and morning by one of the workers on a rowing machine great. I have spoken to his colleagues about the situation and blatantly being ignored.I have now started recording the rowing and will be taking it to my nabours housing support officer and will be forwarding it on to the environmental health officer.This is a shocking behaviour as if we can hear the rowing machine through the wall in my 4 year olds bedroom at 10pm your pore clintent clearly is not getting the help he needs!I will be expressing my concerns to the parents and council.Shocking!
