Really tasty food, reasonably priced as well and massive portions

Great pizzas at a good price. Never had a bad one , the staff are friendly and helpful.

The food here is amazing. Had the calzone and it was definitely the best one I've ever had. Higher recommend

AVOID AT ALL COSTS using just eat!They refuse to update there delivery charges on just eat and when ordered and paid for in full they hold your order to ransom demanding more money for delivery.This is the restaurants responsibility to correctly charge delivery on just eat.Its not worth the hassle of you having to wait hours to not get your order that you've already paid for and go through the hassle of getting a refund from just eat.They hope you will pay the stealth tax or that you will not get a refund and keep the money.Shocking customer service, they just don't want to know unless you pay them extra.Collect in person if you really want to go. I'm sure it is lovely, I wouldn't know as they flat refused to send my order.You have been warned.

My 4 children and I have been ordering from Napoli since October last year when we moved to North Hykeham.The quality of their food is absolutely superb and of high quality. The flavour and freshness has made them our family favourite take away!The delivery staff are always so polite and efficient. X

Partner had to phone 3 times with a really basic order, they sent us a text with a link to pay, but it was for the wrong amount. Phoned again to query. Didn't get a text link to pay. Phoned again. Was told that the driver would have a card machine. Poor driver DIDN'T have a card machine. Was then told to make a personal transfer to the owner's account!!!! Food was OK (although burger was like a cheap fairground burger) but service was appalling. Have thrown away leaflet and won't use again.

Ordered at 6pm food was delivered at quarter to eight. When it eventually got here half my order was missing. Not overly pleased. On the other hand the lad who answered my call was professional, his boss however very rude

We had a problem with our pizza last week and it has been dealt with very well. We have never had a problem before and always have a good meal.Thank you for your kind gesture and won't hesitate to order again.
