I work as a facilities officer at Basildon council and these gents had to come and install autonomous vacuum cleaners. A gent named Donald came and installed ours and he was fantastic. Great communication, great service and really friendly. The training on the machines was brilliant honestly would recommend to everyone.

Urban 2000. Delivered by Glenn Eaton. Machine appears simple to operate and seems to be fit for purpose. Stand out issues are the short length of the charging cable and the height the hopper raises when emptying. Does not raise high enough to empty into a standard industrial size bin. Time will tell if these remain an annoyance or a major issue.
