My husband went to view an apartment today. The estate agent who he met there, was VERY rude. There was no need for the way he acted whatsoever!! We will definitely not be viewing ANY houses through you again & I will advise anyone else not to either! APPALLING!

Peter is great guy he sold our last house quickly and efficiently just had him give valuation on our current home if we decide to move he's the man I'll be calling

Difficulty arranging a viewing outside of a 9-5 job so had to wait a week to view a property that was of serious interest to me and upon arrival it's signed as sold. No form of contact was made to tell me not to bother. Very poor.

We have used Peter Kemp and his agency a few times for both buying an selling houses over the past 10 years . The agency has just sold my father in laws house , they got a buyer within the first week , everything went smoothly , the staff are always polite and friendly and will chase up enquiries when they need doing . All in all very impressed as usual.

Had a great viewing with expert advice. Couldn't have asked for more.

Useless staff in the office who know NOTHING about any of the properties they have on the market. Main negotiator made things very difficult for us when we offered on a property, strung us along with half truths about ‘other interested parties’. wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him. Communication during our purchase was non existent except from a snooty call from one woman in the office demanding to know when we were exchanging (she might have known if she’d even bothered to progress the sale!) This is a shared view amongst family and friends who have had the misfortune to have to deal with this company.Certainly would never instruct Kemp and Co to sell my property.
