Emma Reynolds Mind Balance

I want to both thank Emma and recommend her to anyone who needs some help with anxiety. Thanks to Emma, today I showed my daughter a box of things I kept from her birth and time in SCBU, something I haven't been able to bring myself to look at for 4 years. Previously any reminder literally took me back to that time and it was more than I could bare. Today I was able to spend an emotional but not anxious time with my daughter showing her the things I kept. Priceless and I am so grateful.

Emma has helped me on two separate occasions. The first was for a phobia that I have had since childhood, my reactions were extreme and I would engage in daily repetitive, compulsive behaviours to try and alleviate my anxiety, to the point that I drove my husband crazy. I would never have imagined that something I have lived with for 50 plus years could be resolved so quickly and eadily. I will admit that initially I was skeptical and kept looking for theose feelings/reactions that I had lived with for so long but they were all gone. Amazing.The second occasion was following a recent medical event that left me experiencing panic attacks. I am happy to say that they were short lived, thanks to Emma.Emma is such a lovely person, so easy to talk to and open up to.I would highly recommend Emma to anyone.
