I go here usually and lily is great. However another few clients came into the shop then she passed me to her colleague (a guy) who then rushed my pedi (see photos) kept having to ask him to paint near my cuticle and then lily had to finish them off. By then end it I had so many layers of polish it smushed. I just wasn’t happy at all with this service. Ruined my whole mood. I will not be coming back here and I hate how they rush when they’re busy. I prefer quality over quality. I can polish my own toes better.

Lily's nails in Colliers Wood is a fantastic place to have your manicures and pedicures done, it is nice and airy and Lily and her husband amazing with the care they take when doing your nails, they give advice for the best service that would be best in promoting the health and strength of your nails. Out of all the nails bars I have been to I have to give this one 10 out of 10 every time for the ways my nails look weeks after I have had them done. They have a great choice of Shelac and Gel colours it is amazing. So whatever your mood or occasion they have the right colour to suit you. So the next time your nails and feet need pampering make sure you visit, Lily's nails.

As always, they never fail. Second time I've been here and they're very welcoming, asking if you'd like a tea, coffee or water upon arrival. Their online booking system they also keep an eye on too, as I got a text from them (as I was running late) to see if I was still coming or whether I'd like to book another date. They listen to requests and their regulars they know and greet by name. Overall great service. I got SNS on my nails and a Shellac pedicure.

I didn’t get what I asked for, had to go to a different salon to get them fixed. The only good part was the application however i was very dissatisfied as it was my first time getting my nails done and I had a bad experience and I paid £40 in cash she told me I could go take it out of the ATM in the co-op so I did for a fresh set and she did not follow the picture whatsoever it was not true to picture at all and they were very unhygentic they did not use gloves and she did my application and then a man came and did the rest. They had to switch so it was not all done by one person which is unprofessional and it took more than an hour when it was not even done correctly. I did not say anything to them to fix as I felt it was rude to comment on their work but they did not follow the picture whatsoever I even asked a person if it looks true to the picture and they said no and I should go back to complain. And the price of course I will pay, I had absolutely no hesitation no problem with it, it is standard I have no reason to shout we did not even discuss payment over the phone she just said to come now to the shop. For those reading, I would recommend David Nails, they are excellent and followed my inspiration picture exactly as I wanted and used gloves and were nice aswell unlike this nail place. Or Sunset Nails which I went to go get my nails fixed from this appalling nail salon. I thought I would get what I paid for but it was extortionate. Will never come here again, I am disappointed, very poor service. Had better expectations.

Like always I walk out happy with my nails and pedi. Very neat and tidy they always last months I basically wait till a few fall off and then I get them redone so every 7 to 13 weeks. Although nails beauty salon were hit hard During pandemic lilly nails prices stayed the same and all tools are cleaned after use. I felt very safe there .

Originally gave a 5* review because the man that works here does full sets so quickly and with a great shape and is really lovely.But today was a really bad experience with a different staff member. I was charged £27 to change the colour on my toenails. No pedicure was even involved which is just extortionate considering it took less than 15 minutes. Then getting a full set took almost 2 hours after that - so slow and the shape of the nails were all wonky so had to get the gel reapplied and it took forever. I will be looking for a new nail place after this experience.

I absolutely love this little nail salon. After I had my son 4ms ago my nails were so fragile and literally breaking constantly. A friend recommended trying SNS dipping powder to strengthen them and let them grow more naturally and this salon was the closest to me that did it. 2ms on and my nails are literally the best they’ve ever been and looked. I redid my SNS every 2 weeks (when they grew out) and this really helped to to let them grow and get stronger which SNS is AMAZING for and today decided to a try a new gel polish they have called DND which is supposed to be the best gel out at the moment and I’m (so far) very happy with it. Overall, lovely salon, great customer service and really great work and prices. Poor Lily had to deal with my son waking today in the middle of doing my nails and she was amazing! Took her time and did one hand at a time so I could tend to him, that’s how lovely she is. Highly recommend and will definitely continue going back!

came here for the second time today. my first visit was great, but today was terrible. my nails were filed far too short and don’t look good. while clipping my cuticles the manicurist cut my finger and it wouldn’t stop bleeding; it was very sore and it still hurts (as shown in photo). when i asked for a discount i got £2 tossed to me. won’t be coming back againedit: only been 3 days and the varnish is peeling off...awful manicure
