Disgusting site - the staff are a joke here (the ones we have seen frequently) smoking right at the store entrance - which i believe is actually illegal - but everyone had to literally walk through the Male employee to get there. The service is abysmal also from the man, no manners, no eye contact just simply doesn't care. I do not go there anymore - despite it being round the corner from my home and highly convenient. I will write a complaint to the manager also to see if they take action. My advise - stay clear and shop elsewhere

I asked the sales assistant for room temp water from the back as I have a condition that stops me from drinking cold drinks and she was pretending to not understand what I was saying due to my accent, she then refused to get the water for me claiming they only sell cold water. She was extremely rude and dismissive.

Totally disagree with negative feedbacks.Prices vary and most of the products is worth the money. Talking about staff members, going to this shop almost every day for almost a year can say only but good things, they are always helpful, chatty and polite.Only one disadvantage is that sometimes there might be quite a few things out of stock.

Been in the area for like 2 years now. I can tell the difference between the staff members at this point. The guys and the blond lady are generally helpful and will not make a fuss about anything. The other two ladies on the other hand I consider rude and mildly racist... They are unwilling to help out and will make smart comments for the littlest things, and god help if you look like a foreign guy. It has gotten to the point where if I need help I just leave and come back until I see the good staff working there.

Great little store which is open till 10PM on all days. Good for buying groceries, vegetables and ready to eat food. Some times the vegetables are out of stock. They do have self checkout counters. Parking is a little difficult around this place and might have to go a little far for it. This supermarket also has bakery food items, other small household items etc. I always find that the food products are of good quality at here.

Work down the road so visit 5 times a week, the morning staff are all so lovely and work so hard! they are always running around but never complaining and always help customers in need. great selection of to-go lunch available! would be great to get self serve tills though as sometimes the ques can be quite long. Please never get ride of myhermes collection it is so useful! :)

Lovely staff that sometimes have to deal with rude mean people. However, the store has some issues with their supply. Shelves are empty :( and everything is quite dirty. I also think that the images on the front of the store are just unpleasant.. maybe it’s time to change? I can send you a few nice images to use for free if you want!

Staff are incredibly polite and welcoming and will always try to help you out. Provides eBay deliveries and a good selection of food. Lived in the area for a year and a half and now miss the quality of service. Being in the city centre it can become busy at times but the majority of staff purposely smile and ask how you are doing making the store feel like a local corner shop and not a generic high street stop.

I have just been in to purchase some bits and pieces as I normally do . There are two members of staff who regularly make smart comments at me and are generally rude to me every time I go in !I am a very quiet person who keeps himself to himself .I use this shop because I live and work in the area but I am finding it increasingly hard to face walking through the door . I also saw one of members of staff being rude to an old lady struggling to use the self service till , she was upset too .
