If I could give no star I really would. I can't begin to explain how terrible the service was. I still have work not completed by them, I have put a picture of one of the jobs not finished in our garden. I would call and message but I kept getting response saying he (Paul Jarvis) would turn up but he didn't, he still hasn't. Completely unprofessional. Even when he did show up, terrible work done and never did what we asked for...please please do not use this company. I just don't want anyone to go through what did.After seeing my review I was contacted by Paul apologising for what happened. Stated he would come and rectify the issues we had on Thursday 12th....but did not show up and didn't even bother to call or text. I don't even know why I bothered replying back. Please be very careful of this person. I will be reporting him. Please don't trust the good reviews that were posted straight after my negative feed back.

Excellent work on my fencing, ivy destruction and concreting. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Paul did my large patio with sand stone slabs and steps to our lawn , could not fault his work and still looks good after 11 years

We had extensive work done. Decking removed a patio laid & garden path, using Fossil mint sandstone.Fencing with base boards around back garden, and to the front garden too.30ft long raised flower bed, done with stained wooden timbers.A base laid for a 18 ft by 10 ft log cabin.Footings dug and brick work done ready for a conservatory to be fitted.We were so impressed with the patio we went ahead and had the whole front and side of house done too.The log cabin went on a dream to the base.As for the conservatory, the team who constructed it said it was the best brickwork base the had seen, and mm perfect.I cannot recommend Paul Jarvis and his team enough.We have had countless people comment on the work done and have asked for Paul’s number.We will always use Paul and his team.

Paul and his team undertook a complete rehaul of our garden. This included groundworks, new turf, new walls, tiling. The service was excellent value for money and Paul was accommodating with changes we wanted to make part way through the project and flexible on many occasions to us adding additional work. He and his team were friendly approachable polite and patient!

Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I should do with my drive all round lovely job

Paul and his team have completed a number of large jobs for us over the past few years, which have always been completed to a high standard exactly as required. Will use again!
