Absolutely shocking. Ordered through the app and collected through drive thru. Added extras on my mccrispy and a share box of the nacho bites and when I get home, all my dips are missing and the extra cheese and bacon I added onto my burger nowherere go be seen even though the special sticker is on the box of the burger. I am absolutely fuming that the extra money I paid for it and they haven't put it on. All my food was cold as well. They're normally really good but this is not good at all and they weren't even busy!

Food did not taste good. Chips were totally cold. Burger was also cold, No milkshake, not a pleasant experience, table stank of cleaning fluid, staff not interested.

Slow. Slow. Ridiculously slow even for MacDs. I asked about my order and was told it was being prepared. Not on screen. Waited. Waited. Eventually someone came and checked. My order arrived cold. Squashed and even worse than usual. I usually enjoy MacDs; but definitely not this one.

The layout of driving is stupid in my opinion. It's like a kid designed it. Go through the drive through into the car park and if you don't go through the drive through you enter the car park to the on coming from the drive through. Quite possibly the worst type of design road planning I've ever seen!

How rude the staff are when they get the order wrong, then literally throw the food at u. I was very polite with the situation. Food was cold and still gave me a wrong meal, after i told him twice. He was that rude about it. Made me leave, seriously what happened to customers service with a smile

Went drive through, long wait. No room at grill parking. Got food, no sauces. Went in, had to justify my ask for sauce! Car park small. Pick another.
