Maybe if the staff in the bakery spent less time talking and actually wrapping the bread up, they’d have more on the shelves? If you are informed to come back in 10 minutes, but give them 20 minutes instead, and there’s still no bread there, you might want to think about how you allocate your time?

I used to adore this store, and it was my main store for shopping - then it changed in an attempt to compete with Aldi and Lidl. It’s losing that battle very badly; I now rarely shop here and Aldi and Lidl have far superior quality fresh food at cheaper prices.The store is freezing cold and they now dim the lighting, making for a miserable in store experience. It’s quite apparent that the staff are unhappy with their lot, and they’re less than helpful. Cages are left in aisles, carts of goods with screeching wheels are pushed at speed by staff around the store. Just awful.

Customer service is really good with one exception... the Customer Service Counter.I was overcharged at the till and went to the customer services, the person who served me was OK but her senior colleague kept chipping in. I bought the £12 meal deal and one of the items didn't have the meal deal sticker even though it was part of the meal deal. By the way the wine NEVER has a meal deal sticker. I got a refund.... eventually. A word of advice to the Managers.... Only put staff on Customer Services who are actually good at Customer Service. The customer in front of me was exchanging clothing and was also get abrupt service.

First time here, didn't know what to expect, found the freezer food as far away from the entrance you can get virtually, not great being disabled, I was expecting to find a few more of their ready meals than there was, so couldn't get what I needed for the week, but it's certainly a spacious place, and nice to see logical car parking and exit directions clearly laid out, I keep telling my store it needs changing but they just waste money instead of being logical, but it's alright what I saw of it.

It's a Saturday - no small trolleys other than sprawled around the car park. 4 people on tills and huge queues at the self checkout. Very few offers unless you have a nectar card. Reminds me why I choose not to shop at this Sainsbury's

Normally High score for most of the staff and this store it's self but to go in the store you needed to have a winter coat and gloves on as it was so cold. Not sure how the staff work in that freezing temperature of this store. Don't know why it is like this but it needs to be looked at. Thank you to the staff in store.Sharon

Hopeless, click and collect van not there, were told would arrive in 5 minutes, 11.30 when it arrived and not stuck in traffic as told but driver did not turn in, how it took all this time to find a relief no idea. Message however, is dont tell porkies" about your excuse!!"

Shelves empty. Store more interested in Argos than basic items now. Proud of their fresh fish but refuse to supply paper plates. Only plastic. Haven't they watched programmes about plastic contaminating fish in our oceans?
