Healing with Heart

Heart is one of my absolute favourite people. She has great energy and is full of positivity, so I felt completely at ease straight away with the sound bath experience and completely relaxed.I am not great at meditation as I struggle to switch off my mind, but through the whole experience, I honestly switched off from the outside world and entered a deep meditative state. I cannot recommend it enough!Heart is also a fantastic Bikram teacher and I always come out of her classes feeling amazing!

Heart is my regular Bikram teacher and although I anticipated the sound bath to be relaxing, I did not anticipate how emotional the experience would be. The sounds and vibrations shouldn't be described but experienced as it will take everyone on an individual journey. I felt empowered afterwards and when some of us have continual challenges in our lives, this unique experience helps to charge you and strengthen you. Looking forward to the next time Heart!! XX

Heart’s sound bath at Evolation Yoga was amazing! It was a really relaxing and enjoyable experience and I’d definitely do it again. I’d highly recommend for anyone wanting to de-stress, relax and try something different.

Heart is amazingly skilled , not just in the yoga studio as a yoga teacher and guide but if you get to experience a sound healing session with her you will be so happy you invested in yourself. Heart ran a workshop yesterday and I’m so pleased I booked a place quickly, her guided chanting set the tone for a pure blissful 90 minutes of deep relaxation which followed, she used the sound bowls so beautifully to tune into our bodies and parts I didn’t even realise had wanted some release . I could feel the bowls vibrations resonate with the few stiff areas I must have been holding tension in. Our class was complimented with pure essential oils chosen expertly by Heart. Every detail was so well thought out including Heart having spare eye masks for students who may have forgotten theirs. At the end of the session Heart provided water to rehydrate and a delicious fresh fruit platter. I’m so impressed with everything I shall quickly book the next workshop. You will leave feeling fantastic and sleep like a baby that evening. Big thank you to Heart and her expert guidance yesterday. Namaste x

I had no idea what to expect from the sound bath but it was so much more than I had anticipated. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. A wonderful experience.
