We went today to ferry mill motors to look at something and all i can say is both the workshop staff are extremely cheeky the guy on reception could not even be bothered to come down the stairs to talk to us properly but hung over and was extremely arrogant and cheeky made us feel like crimals . I would seriuosly think twice but having any dealings with this company as they treat the general public like dirt . Have informed my insurance company thst if anything happens to mu fleet of vans i do not want them sent there now .

I visited Ferrymill Motors yesterday for a minor issue with my car. Colum and the team were very welcoming, professional and efficient.They sorted the car in 5 minutes after I had been sent away from 3 other garages who claimed it couldn't be done/said it would be a highly expensive repair.Thanks again to you all :)
