Divers Hyundai

Service was very good. Just was unsure of service check warranty. I bought car second hand 2 year old. I thought car had a free service check for first 5 years, as was bought from same dealership.

I am a customer of Divers for many years and I needed to have a few things checked out on the car recently.As usual the staff cannot do enough to help, they are always so courteous and nothing is too much trouble, such a nice touch to partner with the Counter cafe in providing coffee while you wait. The car was sparkling clean when returned.Thank you for the reliable service.

We've had great service from the team at Divers Hyundai. We bought our second hand car there, and they've fixed a few issues free of charge, including collecting the car and returning it to the house when my wife was unable to take it in herself. The customer service has been excellent

Car serviced in timely and professional manner. I always use the car dealership from where the car was purchased, if only to achieve a full and acceptable service history. On receiving the car back I was informed that the brakes would need to be replaced in around six months time, the cost for replacement was detailed on service checklist. On perusing the quotation I was amazed to read that both the front and rear discs and pads should be replaced. Pads, yes, but why should the discs be included in the repair. If they were damaged or even scratched now then they should be replaced now. Or, perhaps, Divers have a crystal ball which decides that although not needing replacement now they will be damaged in six months time and will therefore need replacing in six months time. I am 80 years of age and in all my time as a car owner I have never, ever been quoted 719.35 euro to have my brakes replaced.
