Looked after my sick German Shepherd. Always worried about taking her to the vet because people tend to get nervous around her but they made her feel welcome and did a great job making Narla better. Can't thank them enough.

I have 8 dogs and they all receive treatment at Arun vets. As four of my dogs are disabled, they need the expertise of experienced vets and staff. The vets and staff at Arun vets understand how to care for disabled dogs with the love and dignity they deserve. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I feel confident that my dogs are in the best hands.One of my dogs Arlo, was born with deformed front legs. He has needed several operations, many splint changes and physiotherapy on a regular basis, since his rescue at six months. He has always been treated with love and care at all times and I feel confident to leave him in their capable hands.I think they are a fantastic practice and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

The staff were amazing when we had to rush our cat up for an emergency, very professional but also very caring.Sorted out boy out and gave us a lot of reassurance.Amazing people

Digby, my British Blue Shorthair, thanks to the care from Matt,Jenny and the team ,has made a full recovery after an unfortunate accident. I can't thank you all enough.

Absolutely fantastic surgery. I had to bring my Golden Retriever here when visiting family for an emergency visit. They were fast, welcoming and above all very kind to both me and my dog. The vet was transparent with tests and the rationale for them along with the treatment plan prior to instigating anything. Cannot recommend them highly enough and just wish I lived closer so they could be my regular vet!

Wonderful vets, came to the rescue after Grove Lodge let’s us down badly, even just walking through the door to a calming environment, helpful knowledgeable staff, the vet that met us within minutes knew exactly what to do, explained everything to us, asked many questions about our poorly cat, favourite food, what kind of litter tray he used, did he have a favourite colour … all to try and make his stay as comfortable as possible. We get updates on his progress more than regularly, he called us late that night with the first round of blood results to put us at ease. Can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. If you need a vet then I would definitely recommend them

Used them some years ago, but the news today reminded me to review, they charged a fortune to put a pin in my cats leg, which I thought was unlikely to work, then even more to amputate it when the operation failed. The next year they charged me £1000 to look after my ( sedated) cat on a Sunday night when it was poisoned, our cat died, we still had to pay up… we’ve now got a dog, needless to say registered at another practice.

Feel the receptionist I spoke to needs to practise some phone manners. Very rude. Considering you are paying crazy money for an out of hours I would have expected the Vet to be a lot more attentive instead of rushing to get the appointment done as quickly as possible. Vetinary practises as a whole make me sick these days, it's never about the animal anymore.
