I called today...25 October 2022.Oh Dear!The shop was shut and there was a notice directing me to the premises next door. I was shown their VERY limited selection of framing material samples and mount boards and came away feeling extremely disappointed.I did NOT leave my [original] painting with them and I will NOT be going back!

I took a picture into the at the start of september 2019 and recieved a quote to frame and glaze it, accepted quote and lindsey said it would be ready in a few weeks. I received a call 4 weeks later saying she was struggling to get the materials to do the frame we chose but if we could wait another couple of weeks she could then get it so we agreed and waited all the while we insisted we wanted this picture framed for xmas and lindsey reassured us it would be done, december the 4th we called to see what the hell was happening and she said she under quoted and could not do the job for us at all.Absolute shambles and a waste of time . Will not ever visit them again, scammers
