A big 'shout out' and 'thank you' to Mark, Glen and the team for stepping above the line and fixing the damage my property sustained as a result of a leak from a flat above.They owned the issue from start to finish and completed the work quickly and ahead of schedule - they also came in first light to complete the redecoration as they knew the urgency of the issue.All communications were answered promptly and they kept me informed throughout the process. The cost of the redecoration also came in under budget too.In today's world, it is rare to find decent people who will go the extra mile - but Mark and the team did that for me. I cannot thank you enough for what you did and the importance of what was riding on it too.I would, without question, recommend Mark and his team.As for the owner of the flat from where the leak came from (I do know who you are now), I hope you do read this review as you should take a leaf out of Mark's book, own the problem; be man enough and 'grow a pair' to deal with it and resolve it yourself - you clearly were not going to do that.Thank you Mark and the team for going above and beyond for me.Richard 10/5/2023

Brilliant quick and efficient especially with the removal services.

Speedy service, really kind and went above and beyond on the day. Great communication throughout. Hoping to use again soon. Would highly recommend!
