Went with a friend for a mobility vehicle the place is good but you would expect more from a dealership the knowledge of the guy who served us was below average not very interested in selling couldn't answer simple questions like adding adaptations for disabled person, Color level.. Etc

Bought a car here few years ago and the service I received after an initial issue was impeccable. Only doing the review now as been to SEAT STOCKPORT and the service was piss poor. Like no one cared and no one values customers time and no accountability for causing customers inconvenience. How can the same brand offer such contrasting service. May be get stockport staff down here to train them on customer service?

Visited to ask about the Seat Terraco that is now available on motabilty. No signs of sales team but asked service who called to a mezzanine level where they were. A young woman came down (apologies her name began with K, but cannot remember it fully). She was friendly, polite and mostly knowledgable. We had to go outside to see a Terroco and she stuck with it despite the cold weather.Not full marks unfortunately because I said we needed a long test drive ie 1/2 to full day as my wife’s issues are pain related and the 30min drive offered will not allow enough time to ensure this is the correct vehicle for potentially the next five years.

Update: Following a good purchasing experience, the aftersales has been pretty poor. Having had a number of issues with a brand new car, the staff don't appear to know how to fix basic infotainment issues, with replies taking days or just no response at all. The car has been booked into their services department to try and have problems fixed, which I'm driving an hour to come to, but have been told they don't have a courtesy car for me. When asked what I was supposed to do if they had to keep the car, they didn't have a response. Asking if I could just borrow a used car (which I know lots of dealerships and manufacturers do) they said no because they weren't taxed (not sure why they couldn't just tax one for the interim to help a paying customer out). It's been a really disappointing few weeks since owning the car, and given I came specifically to Johnson's Seat to buy my vehicle, I'm beginning to question why I even bothered.Recently purchased a new car from Johnson's SEAT, as I've always had great experiences with them on the sales and servicing front in the past. This time was no different. Lewis is a credit to the company, offering great insight into the vehicles and the processes without being your typical 'pushy salesman.' They let the product do the talking and treat you as a human, rather than another number on their spreadsheets. Any queries or issues that did arise while waiting for the car to arrive or on delivery day were resolved by both Lewis and Lee, with my satisfaction as the customer at the forefront. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there again in the future or recommend them to friends and family.
