I was in a huge hurry as I was planning and setting up a Halloween party for the residents of 8 learning disabled care homes that I support. I got a flat tyre as I was about to take the food and set up! I was so worried I wasn't going to make it in time to set up but they squeezed me in immediately even though they were so busy! I was in and our within around 20 mins max and I'm beyond grateful!

Quick appointment. Good stock. Told me I didn't need to do some of the work I thought might be necessary. Could easily have done it and charged me for it but it wasn't necessary. Showed integrity.

Very good place to take your car to service or MOT. I have booked my MOT online and got it done in 1 hour. Got plenty of waiting area. Very professional and explain the problems in details. They offer free coffee and encourage to donate for charity. Keep up the good work.

the team are great and service good. my only reason for not a 5 is the stores seem to price higher than the online kwik fit offering.When i raised the issue we had with the battery, the team were great changed it, but for a price thats dearer than if i had booked the replacement online.

Had the experience of having some assistance at Kwik fit today. Jack, was a star. Helpful and attentive. Even though he couldn’t fit me in for an appointment today. He followed up with, if there were any cancellations he would get in contact. Really helpful. Great staff team. Made my day less stressful, by putting air in my tyres. Thanks guys

Travelling from East Suffolk via Bedford to Nottingham. Found car with flat tyre, temporary wheel fitted, headed to Kwik Fit in Bedford. Must have been my lucky day. I've been driving for over 50 years and have never had a better customer service. Great credit goes to Leo Carter and his team. They were very polite, professional, efficient and a great advert for Kwik Fit. Many thanks again to getting us on the road again.

I had a tyre sensor warning light on my dashboard.Another tyre fitting shop told me that they were unable to remove the sensor.I was advised by Quikfit that the Ford Focus would only accept original Ford sensors, but they would be happy to replace it if I purchased the sensor. As an act good will Jack the manager told me no charge. Guess where I will be shopping in future 5*service

I am just back from a visit to Kwik Fit Bedford and would like to sing their praises! Jack, the Supervisor, was polite, efficient, fast and charming. Our car was professionally assessed and a puncture was swiftly and safely repaired. Jack explained the procedure and was very reassuring in his hand over before we drove away.
