Premier Inn London Sutton hotel
Really friendly staff. Came across many different front desk members but they were all very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Karl and the lady with blonde hair working on 16th. Plenty of food options right by.Rooms are decent and clean.Only issue is having a smoking spot right outside of hotel is not great as far too much smoke upon entering. Also there is smell of smoke in lift and corridors, need to review this urgently. Wifi is bit slow.

I loved the accommodation and the food but didn't like the hike from the carpark building to the hotel. In the dark we missed the access from the carpark to the pavement on the side where the hotel is sited. In the rain we had to walk up the road, no pavement, passed the hotel before there was a break in the railings on the opposite side. Currently a lot of construction work taking place opposite the hotel. The area where you eat was large, the food choice extensive, the staff very helpful.

It is a good balance of planning a trip to London when you are driving to London and finding a place that in ULEZ, and visiting Central London by TfL train. This hotel is very accessible to the high street of Sutton so you won’t be bored or starving.

The best Premier Inn that I’ve stayed in. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was fresh and clean and very quiet. Just what you want for a good nights sleep. I wish all the other Premier Inns were as good as this one.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, hot shower with decent pressure, good AC. What more do you need? The breakfast was also excellent and piping hot.

George at reception was a star. Extremely professional and helpful. Hotel has disabled bays immediately opposite, good for loading and unloading. St. Nicholas car park is not too far, good service lifts immediately up to parking area.Only difficulty we found was its quite a 'stretch' uphill to railway station.Good point is there's a Wetherspoons about 5mins walk prices of food and drink still ridiculously low. Thanks again Tim Martin.

The hotel and staff were great. I stayed for 5 weeks and loved the experience. It was located right at the town centre. It's a minute or 2 walking distance to the bus stop and about 7 minutes to the train station. The initial room cleaning wasn't thorough, but it changed when I complained to the staff. I would definitely be going back there!

Only stayed one night , as usual the mattress was perfect and I slept well... Breakfast was very good and I noticed that everything was available, no empty food containers..the only funny thing the hotel should correct is the toaster..if you do not oversee your bread as it toasts, it comes straight out onto the floor..other than that I thought the hotel and dining room very good..and reasonably priced
