Brilliant service and fair prices. I felt looked after and they picked me up and dropped me off virtually on the door step. Regardless of the traffic and road closures they made sure I got to my appointment on time. Driver was very friendly too. Would highly recommend! Thanks guys!!!

I am a regular user of Canford Taxis for the past 2 years. I have never regretted using this Cab Company. Rubel and Jay are ever helpful. They are very accomodating and responsive. The Drivers are well behaved, punctual, helpful in loading luggage and very professional. This Company deserves 5 stars in all categories.

We have used Jay and Rubens Taxi firm for over 7 years - the firm is a family and all the drivers are part of the family - they are a wonderful group of people and I am so glad that we met them and were able to use them for so many years. We have now left the area and we have yet to find another firm which is as reliable, honest, cheerful and helpful as Canford Taxis. Thanks Jay and all the team !

We used Jay last night for a stag do for 6 of us to get from Wimborne to Bournemouth town and he was great! Had a right laugh with us guys and was great at accommodating for us all and behind on hand to pick us up. So glad I contacted Jay and his team as they are so organised. Ordered a taxi for my disabled partner for a bupa dental appointment at 11am. Taxi turned up at 11.05 am. I missed my appointment and got charged for a missed appointment. We are regular customers of this taxi firm. Not acceptable at all!!

Rip off, paid £40 on a non bank holiday to go 15 minutes. I looked straight after my journey on streamline taxis on the app and they were only charging £28 for the same journey.

Jay was an absolute legend, If we could give them 10 stars we would. I cannot recommend this company enough, they were good for a laugh, had lots of local knowledge and were really attentive to us as passengers but also respectful to other people. On a return journey we came across a caravan in the road looking like they were in trouble. Jay got out the car and offered assistance, he was a real good bloke.

Really sad to say my journey with this company felt like a complete rip off, after phoning and giving a postcode to postcode fare, I was quoted £20 over the phone ....The driver drove a non direct route saying it was quicker and then charged £26 60.I told him I was quoted £20 and his answer was I don't think so"Just avoid this company
