A first-class service throughout. Initial visit from Rob was very informative, and a couple of further questions were answered immediately by Vicki when we telephoned the office. All work was completed efficiently and tidily by Rob's installation team. A measure of our satisfaction with Ultra-Vision is that we subsequently recommended them to two sets of neighbours, both of whom now have new Ultra-Vision systems with which they are extremely pleased.

Ultravision was recommended to us. Rob was very knowledgeable and approachable and helped us out quickly when we needed to install a professional security system at home. After the initial consultation, Rob was extremely helpful in working within our budget, and professional throughout the process. It was very easy to get in touch with him via the phone or email. The system was installed very quickly, Vicky was very efficient at coordinating times and days, and Adam was courteous and professional when he came to get the job done. Ultra-vision are a professional and friendly team, their knowledge of security is second to none. They have worked with us on our refurbishment project in the Cotswolds for the last two years and every step of the way they have been extremely helpful, letting us know what was and was not required,. They are honest reliable and in our case they have all been very patient. From Rob who owns the company, the Fitters who were brilliant especially during this covid 19 outbreak through to Vikki who actually runs the place with great aplomb. Great service and top quality work. The guys who came round to both quote/design our alarm system and CCTV, and later to install it, were all friendly and knowledgeable, and explained exactly what we needed and why. Price was very decent compared to some other larger companies we also got quotes from, and we also took out a service plan so we're covered for future maintenance. Very happy overall - we would definitely recommend Ultravision to anyone looking into getting a security system for their home.

Very pleased indeed with my recent CCTV installation by Ultra Vision. From the initial contact and job quotations by Rob, through to the actual installation by Greg and Conner, everyone I have dealt with have all been quick to respond to any queries, and have done exactly what they said they'd do and on time. We had Ultra Vision install our alarm and CCTV system in October 21 and from start to finish it was an exemplary service and a great installation. Back office were great at booking us in. The install engineer Adam and his various sidekicks - Connor and Billie were brilliant, tidy and courteous. There was very little damage and they cleared away all the cobwebs in the loft for nothing it seems!! Rob Drew offered sound advice and a very competitive quote - and there were no extras. The workmanship from the 2 young guys that came to fit alarm system and cctv is second to none, they were polite, tidy, professional and worked efficiently all day. I had quotes from two different alarm companies so when Rob arrived to assess what I wanted I already had a very good idea of the costs involved and the types of alarms systems available. Rob was very meticulous and provided honest advice and didn't try to sell me something that wasn't necessary. He provided the Pros and Cons for the best place to install the sensors and also the CCTV cameras. He took time to explain how the system worked and also its reliability to access it remotely. I had no hesitation in choosing Ultra Vision and when their team arrived the standard of work was excellent. The system has been in for a month and I am impressed with the quality of the CCTV images. The alarm system is so easy to use. I decided to have the system on a monitoring agreement so perhaps I need to set the alarm off to assess how effective this is. I would certainly recommend Ultra Vision.
