What can I say, absolute superb service. Being an at fault claim ISC were professional from the outset, from dealing with Kully for the initial consultation and estimate to ISC and Jo in reception dealing with my insurance company for me. The service was top class as is the work and finish on my car as always with ISC. I've known of them for many years, but from dealing with them from a customer prospective I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Fantastic...

Shoheb and the team at ISC were absolutely unbelievable… you couldn’t ask for a more professional service. From the start the communications were excellent and continued throughout the whole process. I could write a 5page post about how bad Admiral were in handling the repairs to my RS6 prior to me being recommended ISC and insisting the car me moved over to them. They bent over backwards to keep comms up and help push the process along. Their workmanship is the best I’ve seen and they went above and beyond to get the car looking showroom condition for me. Thanks again ISC for sorting everything out from start to finishJames

Really pleased with the service here.Called my local Mercedes-Benz showroom to obtain a quote. They informed me to come here as they are Mercedes-Benz approved body shop worker.Was greeted nicely with warm cup of tea. Receptionist took my details and advised me to take a seat.The assessor Shuaib came and viewed my vehicle. Advised it was a write-off. Took photos and advised me of my options.Really good service provided.

Great experience from beginning to end with Individual Car Specialists. Having an accident can be an incredibly stressful situation, but Individual truly went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. From the moment the accident occurred, the repair process was swift. They arranged for a hire car to be delivered to me within just 24 hours, and my own car was conveniently collected from my workplace. I was consistently kept well-informed about the progress of the repairs throughout the entire process, and when I finally picked up my car, it appeared as if it were brand new.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I’ve been in two non-fault accidents over the last 2 years and ISC have undertaken both the repairs to an exceptionally high standard. In all honesty, better than showroom standard.They keep you fully informed throughout the process, are extremely fair when it comes to challenging the third party insurers for damage that is not easily visible, and they prepare your vehicle to a flawless standard ready for collection.I work for a major insurer and have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic high calibre repair bodyshop. I've recently used individual for work on my bmw due to someone hitting the rear quarter.I was very cautious about choosing a company that will be able to do a job that would possibly even exceed the quality of the OEM finish; I wasn't disappointed.The paint on my bmw isn't easy to match but they have absolutely nailed the colour match and blended with the rest of the car to the point you would not know anything had happened.I'm staggered at the level of detail and professionalism and would never hesitate to recommend their work to anyone.

This place is so professional, and how they deal with your claim is absolutely fantastic. They are an approved garage and only use genuine parts. Great company throughout. Had an accident which was not my fault and Shoheb dealt with the whole process throughout. Had me in a courtesy car the very next day providing a like for like car and made sure I was happy with it. The repairs done to the car are immaculate, no dodgy repairs. Had replacement parts straight from dealers and repaired to the highest standard. Shoheb kept me updated throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.
