Slow loading process.3 hours.Don't understand why but i am sure it is not right to keep someone in cab for 3 hours,no toilets,no nothithg.Bunch of tossers

Nothing surprises me anymore in the UK. But this is the first company where you are not allowed to leave the premises when you are underweight. I can understand being overweight, but being underweight is ridiculous.Plus, the loading itself takes ages. They are in no hurry to get anywhere
