We asked A & E Appliances to help us resolve a problem with our oven. Despite encountering issues which were not their fault or ours, the whole team were extremely friendly, professional & helpful, going the extra mile in enabling us to sort things out without leaving us out of pocket. We are very grateful for their efforts and would unhesitatingly use their services again.

Excellent service! Steve and Jacob came over to repair my Miele washing machine. They called ahead of time, switched times to fit around my school run, and then arrived promptly. They did a brilliant job fixing the machine, and also gave me lots of information about how to stop it breaking again. Friendly and efficient. Prompt, easy payment and very nice office staff. Would highly recommend!

Really impressed with Gavin, he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.I was sure my washer would need replacing but this is the second time he’s brought it back to life in the last two years.Great service, quick and very reasonable! I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of a repair.

Nothing but good words for A&E appliances. Jacob came round on 3-4 occasions as there was an issue with my dryer. He was really informative and friendly. After fixing the dryer, Jacob would check in to ensure the issue was solved, which I thought was a nice touch. Top class service - fully recommend

My washer died. I rang A&E. I got great help on the phone. I bought a washer. It was delivered the next day. Superb service. Very polite and efficient service. The great price included delivery, installation and removal of the the old washer and all the packaging! I’ll definitely buy any new appliances from them! Many thanks to A&E for a fantastic service!
