Bethany Sweeney Ballet and Pilates
I can highly recommend Bethany’s wonderful Pilates classes! The sessions work every part of the body (particularly the core!). I always leave feeling fantastic and have noticed a real improvement in my general fitness. Beth is an excellent teacher – fun, relaxed and inspiring.
