First time buying a new kitchen and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had no need to worry as Kirsten Colquhoun and her staff at The Kitchen Depot East Kilbride took me under their wing and guided me through the whole process and the many options on offer. It’s one thing seeing a fabulous kitchen, but it’s another getting the kitchen designed, planned, ordered and fitted with my exact requirements. I was so impressed at how many different options I had and they really cared about getting it perfect for me. Kirsten was in contact with me throughout with updates and timings for workmen and even came out to visit my house to see that things were progressing well and I was happy. I cannot thank The Kitchen Depot East Kilbride enough for giving me the kitchen of my dreams!!!

To expensive food good enough but the price of the juices far to much

Clare was very helpful and patient gave me some great ideas but I never felt pressured to buy from them.Love love love my kitchen

Staff extremely helpful and informative, friendly. They made us feel very welcome, giving us lots of time to look around.

New Kitchen ordered and fitted. Unit Quality very good and very well Fitted.Such a let down when they failed to remove the left over materials ( rubbish)having been assured that this would be attended to, over a period of three weeks lapsed. Particularly when the 'rubbish' was in the corridor area of the Block of Flats, opposite a neighbours door, and not outside my front door.Eventually arranged for 'DumpIt' to come and remove, which i of coursepaid for. Therefor, all things considered, i cannot recommend this Company.

****DO NOT**** use this company, we looked at a couple of kitchen suppliers & decided to go with kitchen depot East Kilbride, this was mainly because the staff at the time were friendly & helpful. We picked out the style & colour of the cupboards, the worktop & the splashback which was the same colour etc of the worktop & were told they could start the work on the 3rd December & assured us they would have it finished by the end of that week, that was fine. They then said they could start the work on the 29th November & have it finished by the 2nd December, which was great. The fitters came in & did everything they could, unfortunately, there was no splashback. This is where it started to go wrong, they told us a couple of days later, they didn't have the splashback we originally ordered, anymore, why show us it then ? we then chose a different splashback but approx a week later, we were then told the splashback was out of stock, as it was in high demand, if that's the case, should you not make sure you keep your stock replenished ? maybe that's too simple for them to understand. We asked when it would be in stock & were told the next week, i called the kitchen depot again (because they obviously don't know how to dial a number) to find out about the splashback but surprise surprise, no splashback & was told they couldn't get the splashback we wanted anywhere. I told the kitchen depot manager, i was on ebay at that moment & could see the splashback we wanted but he said he wasn't too clued up with ebay, seriously ? i asked what the hold up was & were told it was down to their supplier. We called just before xmas & were told we were priority so We decided to give them a bit more time, xmas & new year passed so we called on 7th January 19 to find out what was happening, i was told by a male staff member that he would call their head office right away & call me back. I had to call them back the next day (that must have been some phone bill) i asked what was happening & was told there was now a problem with their manufacturer. We then decided we wanted a refund for the splashback & would order it ourselves from a trusted source. I was given kitchen depot's head office number & spoke to a woman called Steph, she said we would be refunded the money & it would take 2-3 days but one thing she didn't say, was SORRY. This just shows you how unprofessional this company really are. They're happy to take your money up front but don't give you the service they say they provide or apologise for the inconvenience they cause. (IF) anyone should decide to go with this company, look out for words like (ASSURE), (PRIORITY) & (SORRY), these are words they don't know the meaning of !!TERRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely outstanding from initial consultation through to delivery and fitting. This branch, which has recently been taken over by new management is a breath of fresh air. Kirsten and her team kept us informed of developments, went out of their way to ensure we had everything we wanted, offered us suggestions and alternatives for making our small kitchen space look amazing and much bigger, with a choice of options and their communication was fantastic. The fitters were exceptionally clean, kept us up to speed with work in progress and were in and out quickly. Our kitchen looks amazing and better than we could have hoped for. This branch clearly looks after its customers very well indeed and listens to every little wish. Nothing was too difficult and attention to detail surpassed our expectations. If you are looking for a new kitchen anytime soon, make sure you use The Kitchen Depot East Kilbride. We absolutely love our kitchen and would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much!!!
