Great cattery. We left our cat for the first time and she was so well looked after. Ellie was fantastic at making sure that she got to know our cat well and did all she could to settle her in straight away. We really appreciated having updates with photos while we were away. It was great to see that our cat was being taken care of and having lots of love and cuddles! Ellie provides an excellent service and it is clear to see how much she loves all the cats in her care. Our 7 month old kittens stayed here and Ellie was absolutely amazing with them! It was great to receive a photo and video update midweek and relieved a lot of our anxiety knowing they were being taken care of so well! The kittens returned home happy and ready for hugs! Thank you so much to Ellie!

We have been leaving our cat with Ellie for the last couple of years and have always been very happy with everything!I wanted to put a review on this time around as Ellie has gone above and beyond this time as when dropping Sophie our cat with her a few days ago we didnt see anything wrong with her but Ellie noticed an issue with her paw/leg and organised taking her to the vets and then giving her all the pain killers and antibiotics she needed over the next few days of her stay. Ellie kept me up to date daily on how Sophie was doing and when we collected her yesterday she is all ok and all medicines administered!Ellie really put my mind at rest whilst we were away and cared so much about Sophie!I highly recommend anyone to use this cattery as we wouldnt go anywhere else!Thanks Ellie! x

Ellie was amazing with our cat Mortimer, can't thank her enough! This was his first time away from home and he's a naturally shy boy, so she put in a lot of work to gain his trust and make him feel comfortable. She sent us regular updates on his progress which helped us feel more comfortable too. Thank you for your kindness and patience with him!

Very pleased with the service here, cats came home very happy and not stressed at all. Believe they were very well cared for.

This was the first time we had used a cattery so we were naturally apprehensive. But we needn't have been. He was extremely well looked after and we were sent regular photos and emails so we could see how he was doing. Though it was great to get him home when we got back, he was in fine form and had clearly enjoyed his holidays too. Can't recommend Ellie enough and we have already booked him to stay again in the summer when we are away.

Used the cattery a few times now. Ellie (who runs it) is really helpful and knowledgeable. The cattery itself is situated in a quiet area and there's plenty of space for the cats. It's clear Ellie loves her job and the cats! She even emailed us an update on how our cat was getting on. Beforehand, Ellie ensures all vaccinations, etc are up-to-date which shows how much she cares about all the cats' welfare.

We have never used a cattery before now but we are so impressed with the level of care Ellie provides. I felt completely reassured whilst she was looking after our cat. Thank you.

Went and picked up our 3 cats today after being in the Cattery for a week. This was there first ever time in a Cattery and we are so happy with the way Ellie looked after them for us while we were away. Ellie even sent us emails and photos of our girls to let us know how they were getting on which was such a lovely thing to do.Thank you so very much Ellie for looking after our girls.I would highly recommend this Cattery 100%..
