Trinity Dental Surgery

The experience I have just had was worse than awful and dosetn deserve 1 star !! I have just been told I am no longer a patient due to a missed appt in 2018 which I can categorically tell you I did not miss then told it was not an obligation for them them to see me. Just overall terrible terrible customer service from a very unhelpful receptionist. Would NOT go back here after that awful experience now anyway. Either train your reception staff on how to manage customers who are looking for help or maybe just dont answer the phone at all. Disgraceful service with no way for me to contact anyone as there isnt a group email, I can see why, they would be over run with complaints.

I have recently had some work done at this surgery and have been delighted with the outcome.I had to had have a new veneer on my front tooth and it looks fantastic. The colour match was almost perfect and the process extremely easy.I also need a Valplast denture and albeit expensive it has boosted my confidence having a full set of teeth again. Not only that it will improve how I eat as I will be able to chew on both sides therefore not effecting other teeth in the long term.The process of moulding has been easy and pain free and Amita and her team are wonderful as ever.I’d 100% recommend this surgery if you need any dental work done.

Came in for an emergency appointment as I had tooth ache, was referred to Dery the oral surgeon for a tooth extraction, went so smoothly and absolutely no pain during this appointment.Lovley staff and very welcoming definitely would recommend :)

If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment at the Trinity Dental surgery then you know how great and professional they all are I’m so pleased that they deal with disability amazing manners and Dr Sharma whenever she is looking after my mouth she hums and that’s show me i remember that whenever I have procedures elsewhere I always hum. The staff are brilliant and courteous weather it’s An appointment with the hygienist booked in by Vanessa .Everyone there is great. I do appreciate the reminder text for your appointment it really helps because . I never want to forgetting as it is expensive so they make sure you don’t Forget.During the pandemic I had friends asking do you know a good dentist I spoke of my Trinity surgeryI shared the number to see if it would help them.It goes to show a good dentists are hard to find.

I honestly don’t get these negative reviews. I have been going here for 12months for routine and emergency appointments. I’m not sure on the names of the dentists but Iv had a male and female and both have been amazing. The reception staff are friendly and polite, the dental assistants are very professional. I have a massive phobia of dentists and this dental surgery has given me the confidence again. Great service!!!!

I have been with Mrs Sharma since she started the practice. I have always received excellent care. I have not needed non-routine care until today. Could not fault the surgery. Everyone went out of their way to help me. Very pleased

I’ve been with Trinity Dental Practice since it opened and with Mrs Sharma when she was with another practice after qualifying. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. My two children have always had their checkups here. My daughter, who’s wheelchair bound, has always been accommodated. First class service always provided and we’ve never had a problem with any of the Reception staff.

Very disappointed with my check up appointment today. It was done within a minute. The quickest check up I have had and I have left feeling that it was completley rushed with very littke communication from the dentist. Very different from when my daughter attended a couple of weeks ago where the dentist went above & beyond. Not the best experience for me

Absolutely awful! I've been trying to call them for a week now and they just don't answer the phone. There is no website or social media account for them and no other way to contact them.

I’ve been coming here since October and I can honestly say it’s the best dental practice to become a patient with. Then environment is friendly and so are all of the staff. Both the dentists and hygienists give amazing advice on how to take better care of my teeth.
