I have found these solicitors less than helpful. Far from facilitating, they seem more keen on obstructing. Best avoided!

Do not use this solicitors, I cannot understate this enough.I used them in a property negotiation, they made a huge mistake and left off the back garden in the deal. When I confronted Passmores they said 'how were we supposed to know', two different 'solicitors' told me this despite it being clearly displayed on the title of the house.They kept denying they did anything wrong, they actually at one point thought the back garden was council land that I had tried to buy, showing after 6 months of complaining they still did not understand the issue.When they realised they made a mistake they tried to get the person who still owned the land to sign it over, acting as if they were doing me huge favour. They obviously failed, but by contacting the third party that led to a torrent of abuse directed to myself.They kept denying they did anything wrong so I went to the legal ombudsman, where predictably they caved instantly. They then tried to lowball an offer to get this fixed, again acting as if they were doing this out of the goodness of their hearts.I then hired a private solicitor and was awarded £5500 compensation from their insurers. Unfortunately this didn't cover everything and I'm down £1400 from this.This firm will lie to your face and act as if they're doing you a favour at the same time.Do not use them for conveyancing or anything else or you deserve to lose your money.

They never return emails or phonecalls, would not recommend
