I had a very positive experience with Billy at Heavitree Osteopath and would highly recommend. I was offered an appointment at very short notice and was in a bit of a state with a very painful back. Billy was really excellent in taking a very holistic approach and took the time to listen and take a thorough history. He not only gave a really good treatment but also gave lots of tips and advice for follow up care which I could do at home. He’s a very talented and skilled professional.Jane the receptionist was also absolutely lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door.Thanks Heavitree Osteopaths! From the moment you enter Heavitree Osteopaths it is a haven of tranquillity with a warm welcome given with a smile. But did they sort me out?So far and after three sessions with Billie things have noticeably improved so with my health moving in a positive direction then I would recommend this practice.

I've been going to Heavitree Osteopath for many years with various different issues and I have always had an excellent experience. I recently saw Billy for shockwave treatment and was impressed at how quickly things improved. I've always found the practitioners to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to give advice. I also appreciate the little things, like the receptionist remembering our conversation from a previous visit, and the waiting room is a very calming, clean space with interesting books to read while you wait. I always recommend this place to others as they look after you as soon as you walk through the door.

Had a sports massage here yesterday, for a back problem, and I came out feeling a lot better. The adviser, who was recommended by my personal trainer, was very effective, and pleasant, and also suggested a couple of exercises to help. I booked a further session immediately, although there was no pressure to do this, which I liked. The booking system was smoothe, and the reception friendly.

My experience with heavitree osteopaths has been amazing from the get go.I had issues with my back for over a year which lead me not being able to sit without pain or even walk.I had tried every stretch or exercise I could find online or YouTube I still had no success.I decided to give heavitree osteopath a call and was greeted by the wonderful receptionist who was very informative.I decided to take the plunge and book an appointment as all other methods i tried had failed.My osteopath Billy challis examined me and gave me his professional opinion on what was going on and my case was very severe.After the first session I was able to sit on a sofa for the first time in months.I've had a multiple sessions with Billy now and have improved week on week these sessions have been worth their weight in gold.I would strongly suggest if you have any back problems do not hesitate to give these guys a call.Thanks again Billy and the team look forward to further treatment with you guys 11/10 from me.
