LOVED IT!!! 2 floors lots of books from genres. Any genre you name its there. Crime horror fiction non fiction fantasy etc. It's all there the service is quick and good. So many books for so many ages the books are easy to find. Not only can you get normal and limited addition books but you can get bags games puzzles cards toys and much more. You know its great when it has 2 floors. Very clean and nice no littler and kid friendly. This place is so nice and great defo recommend the books are well looked after and there is many varieties. The paper is good and the covers are great they are all in the right places so it's easier to find. One of if bot the best bookstore I've been to. Recommended to not only bookworms but everyone!!

This Waterstones is really spacious and has an upper stairs and downstairs with an option of going up stairs or up by escalator and going down by stairs. There is a diverse range of books which suit all tastes and they have a selection of different board games and anime figures to look at and purchase from. There is a good range of revision guides for GCSE students from a different variety of exam boards including AQA. I highly recommend this bookstore for a visit if you like reading a good book. Staff friendly, polite and very helpful and knowledgeable

Particular books in mind to buy and did so. Offers of half price book with a full price one and the very helpful assistant pointed out that I could get one at half price and then highly recommended a paperback. Very happy with my purchases and the store.

What more is there to say that hasn't already been said? The best bookstore ever. Whether just popping in to buy a specific title, or having an extended browse, there's always something to pique your interest. Add to that, the discounts and deals, you just can't go wrong.

Buying/browsing for books from waterstones ipswich is always enjoyable. Vast and wide range of books and if you are an avid reader, buy one get the other half price is good value.Very knowledgeable staff too.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly and know the location of their stock, telling us exactly where to go.Large variety of books, something for everyone covering all ages. I could easily spend many hours in here.
