I needed a few links taken out of my new watch and was really impressed by the chap who served me.Did it right away! Excellent.We even had a reminiscing chat about our lives. I didn’t catch his name but he had a beard.Can’t fault this place and thoroughly recommend it for all types of various products.

Had to wait nearly 20 minutes out in the cold whilst the assistant fumbled around trying to put batteries in a customer's car key/ fob.I then collected my designer jacket that l took in last week to be dry cleaned..l didn't like they way the same assistant treated it just chucking it on the work surface then bundling it into a bag...l almost asked for it back then and wish l had, as upon collection l found it was creased .l have to now have an attempt at ironing those creases out and l need it to wear for a formal occasion Saturday, so have little time.l'll never go there again.Also the guy's shirt was hanging out at the back, not something to be confident about.I will ask for a refund for the dry cleaning!

It took me 3 visits to finally get my shoes re-heeled here - the website says they close at 6, however the first time I visited (5.20 on a Thursday) I was told that on a Thursday they close down the systems early but other days would be ok. Went again on a Tuesday at 5.20 and was told that it's too late in the day to get them done. Visited at a lunchtime and waited half an hour for them - the job itself is adequate, although I've had far better heels done elsewhere.

Timspons the saga continues. Went to this shop today after getting a key cut incorrectly at the shop in West Quay. Have now returned home with a key that still does not work. Will report back on what happens the next episode where I will be attending the shirley branch of timpsons.

I had my watch strap done around 6 weeks ago, the watch strap has bedded in nicely, good quality strap and the man working that day was polite, friendly and cheerful. also a lovely finishing touch which I didn't expect was the buckle from my old strap with the brand insignia was put on the new strap.

Great service, very friendly, couldn't recommend enough. Reheeled a pair of boots for me and sent a pair of shoes off for a leather resole. Excellent service all round. Just a shame it's closed during covid!

Haven’t had chance to try the service shop is always closed with a sign saying be back in usually an hour or more and if you wait get a discount. I understand everyone needs a lunch break but it’s never at a regular time. Carry annoying

I have been using this service few times for key cut and shoe repair. Sometimes just pop in for a piece of advice and in all honesty can say that the staff are extremely polite, job done to the best whats expected. I needed to get the key recut 3 times but only because we didn't know the original key was a copy already. At the end we succeded without any extra fee or hassle.People make places valued. So definitely thumbs up for this friendly shop.

A+, I stupidly didn't get the chaps name that I dealt with but what a lovely guy. I think it may have been Tigra or similar. He fixed my watch strap in next to no time for a negligible fee and I arrived with my 2 and 4 year old who were their normal boisterous selves and he was natural with them, gave them loads of attention and we all went away feeling very happy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
