Needed a replacement ear ring.The lady who served me was really helpful and pleasent she brought me lots to choose from and got me one that matched the rest of my Jewellery perfectly . I'm really happy with it . It was really nice to talk to a person instead of using a website.I would highly recommend this shop.

The service I received was excellent, given in a really personal,polite and professional way ! It seemed like nothing was too much trouble for the lovely gentleman that served my son and i, as we purchased a new watch for my son ! There was a great range of quality watches to choose from inc..watches with a 30 % discount on them ! I will definitely recommend the store to all my friends and family for the excelkent, professional and personal customer service experience which myself and my son received in the Mansfield store !!

Saw the limited edition Bruce Lee seiko 5 in the window and very happy to have seen it.They helped me check if anywhere had it cheaper and they would price match but no one did have it at a lower price.Great customer service

Visited the store as I received a duplicate gift. All I wanted to do, was swop it for a different one. The lady that served me was really polite. Nothing was too much trouble.
