I had a sports massage with Tierney and it was great. She was able to quickly identify any areas that were tighter/knotted. It is very clear that she has the most amazing knowledge. Whenever I am in the area again I will be going back for further treatment on the troubled areas. Thank you!!

Really brilliant. Felt heard, understood and in great hands. Shoulder pain had been improved massively from a recent massage with Tierney and started to return (it's a chronic issue). Further improvements after the session with Fiona. Really pleased with both treatments, the setting and the professionalism of both Tierney and Fiona.

I have done both normal pilates classes and now pre natal pilates with Tierney and have really enjoyed both.Tierney is professional and friendly and makes the class both enjoyable and informative. I find the classes really beneficial especially while pregnant and would highly recommend them.

I really couldn't recommend Tierney enough! She's very thorough when smoothing out any niggles/injuries, or during a sports massage for maintenance. Its very reassuring to know I'm in good hands with her professional knowledge and advice. Leaves me feeling like a brand new person after every appointment!

This was my first ever sports massage and massage in general, and it was brilliant. I felt really comfortable and not at all nervous, and I left with a lot more knowledge about how I could improve my sore shoulders and neck day to day. I would highly recommend to anyone who suffers with any aches and pains and needs a relieving massage but also guidance on strengthening the body. I feel like what I was told about my posture etc will help me with my running and hiking. Will definitely be booking another appointment in future!

Absolutely fantastic experience from the word go. Fiona was thorough and professional but friendly and put me at ease throughout. The treatment was targeted mainly at problem areas but also tackled issues that Fiona picked up during the course of the treatment. Very impressed and will book again.

Again seen on time, I am a stickler for promptness. Again the focus was on my problem. Rhiann is extremely pleasant and welcoming. I can already feel a benefit.
