Booked an appointment to get a colour & cut blow dry I asked for Suzanne as I had seen someone's hair she had coloured & it was lovely, I asked for a home visit as I use a wheelchair & was told that was fine made home visit for the Tuesday morning ... I waited & waited ... phoned Color Room the next day (Wednesday) to be told Suzanne was on a day off, left my number for her to call me back ... it's now Friday night & I'm still waiting ... Will look for another hairdresser after this experience.

Greeted as soon as l walked in. The staff are very nice and easy to chat with. Had a cut and blow dry. Went in not knowing what cut l wanted and the girl cutting my hair gave me some good advise and then did an excellent cut of my hair. Felt really pleased with the whole experience after l left. First time there and would definitely go back again.

Absolutely love having my hair done by Joanne. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Joanne listens to exactly what I want and does a great job every time. Never disappointed!

My daughter had her hair cut here, she loved her hair the girl who cut her hair was a perfectionist, made sure it was perfect, she gabbed away with my daughter, staff are Welcoming, and friendly.

FABULOUS SERVICE, very professional, great welcoming atmosphere from the team , i live with chronic pain everyday but feel so relaxed and refreshed after Donna works her magic keep up the good work .
