Lovely staff who all love their animals. Recently regimes Socks who had been a long term resident, the staff were really helpful and flexible with my current house situation. Socks is now in and has settled in really well and is a very happy cat

We got our lovely cat from here and she boards there when we go on our holidays and breaks away.She is exceptionally well looked after.The centre staff are very friendly and all the animals in their care are very well cared for.It's a fantastic, well run place.

Long story short, I found my daughters cat on their website, my mum was going to adopt him but they wouldn't allow it because she lives on a road that USED to be busy. We proved with photos that it was her cat and asked nicely for special consideration as we would already be aware of the cats behaviour and history. Adopted my 2 amazing rats for here. The staff are so helpful and give you any help you need. You also get to spend some time with your pet before adopting.

Found a ferret went round locally to find his home but no luck someone had all ready done that day before, local vets not interested so took him up Taylor's don't usually take ferret's but where happy to help.Hope the little chap has found a home.
