We attended Mel's pandemic puppy classes in Spring and really enjoyed them. The classes were well prepared and thought-out, and were lots of fun for us and our dog. Mel's always helpful advice is precious, and I don't hesitate to recommend her as a dog trainer/walker!

SIT Pet Services are fantastic! Mel is so lovely and trustworthy, she looks after my two rabbits when I go away and drops by the house each day to feed and give them some attention. Plus she is always willing to help where she can, during the heatwave she watered my garden daily for no extra cost! Very reasonable! Would highly recommend! She’s so great we’re going to have her walk my Mum’s dog too.

Mel is simply fantastic! We moved in the area over a year ago and have been using Mel on a weekly basis for about 10 months. Our labrador Sherock loves her and Mel takes great care of him! Mel is reliable, kind and trustworthy as well as being experienced as a dog walker. Would definitely recommend her if you’re seeking a dog walker!

Mel looked after our three cats and Macaw parrot over the Christmas period. It was the first time we had to leave them under the care of someone new rather than people they were already familiar with. Also, not everyone is comfortable with a big bird like the parrot, so Mel proved to be a fantastic pet sitter and very reliable! She handled all our pets with love and proper attention.Not only did she follow the instructions left for her but she also used initiative and common sense while attending the pets. For instance she went beyond basics like just food and water but also provided company and entertainment for the parrot, which is very important as they can easily become lonely without any interaction.Mel sent regular, twice a day updates about our pets so that we could have peace of mind during our break. Would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Brilliant pet service!

In short, my dog Oscar absolutely loves Mel.The first time she came to take Oscar out, we had to pretty much drag Oscar out to the car. Come the third walk, Oscar was running out to her car.I’ve found Mel to be professional, prompt and I can tell she really cares about my dog. Mel has been brilliant with helping develop Oscars confidence and has always been on hand with various training tips. I’d always recommend Mels services including her training classes. I also always get videos and pictures from his walk.

We had a great experience working with SIT Pet Services and more specifically Mel. Mel was really attentative with our dog and really treated him like he was her own dog. Mel has been fantastic with my darling Flossie. Flossie is a rescue dog who needs to build her trust with people as she can be anxious and needs to get to know you. Mel started popping in daily to build the trust and to get to know each other. This progressed into daily walks then out and about with Flossies other doggy friends. Mel sent daily photos and videos of Flossie having a great time. Thanks Mel for great service.

We can honestly say Mel has been fantastic walking Bella who is a Beagle and is full of energy. Mel goes above and beyond as she is always on time and will often stay out longer with Bella. Bella enjoys her walks with Mel and is so excited when she collects her. Mel cones across as very passionate about all the dogs and I have no hesitation in recommending her. Bella is our first baby and we are very protective of her and have no worries with Mel taking her out. My only worry is if Mel takes holiday as we couldn’t do without her wonderful personality and enthusiasm.
