1st class service, perfect customer service. My caravan was gleaming when collecting this afternoon (Thanks Luke!). Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go back in the future and absolutely recommend them!

In response to your reply to my partnerthere was not just one piece of laminate hanging off , it was on every cupboard door and drawer!! The bathroom door did not open and shut properly. The kitchen had a bodged job on the sealant. Wooden kitchen panel was snapped . The wardrobe door was broke.The outside had trims coming away. There was stains on the floor but conveniently the video you sent over did not show these things. If they had it would have saved us the 9hours we wasted driving . We are not difficult in actual fact we found your tone and attitude change towards us when we said we wasn’t going to be purchasing. We was disappointed and genuinely gutted as we felt mislead by the description of “immaculate “ it wasn’t good condition even for used. We have viewed many used caravans in all different states and this was not good.Like my partner said we bought one cheaper and in better condition and a year newer so I feel sorry for whoever has bought it as they are getting mugged off!

Just collected our 3rd caravan from Standish Caravans. Always fantastic customer service start to finish, wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend.

After seeing a listing for a used caravan listed as immaculate and speaking to Luke on a number of occasions we decided to drive for 4.5hours to view with the intention of buying. On entering the van it was immediately clear that the van wasn’t even close to good condition. Parts throughout were broken things hanging off. Incredibly frustrating since we drove 9hours for nothing! Ended up buying the same caravan a year newer in excellent condition and cheaper!

We recently traded in our 2 Berth Swift for this beast, wow what a caravan, brilliant immaculate inside and out, absolutely love it.I have to say our experience buying from Standish caravans was absolutely brilliant, Luke was amazing, made sure we knew everything about the caravan before we drove off definitely the best place to purchase a caravan. Second van from Standish Caravans. Had first for 12 months, got the bug and went for a massive upgrade last week.Didn't bother looking anywhere else, always helpful, get issues resolved no matter how much I bother them, never refuse to look at anything and amazing team.Ivan really knows his stuff, luke is just top for customer service and Craig the owner really cares about me as a customer offering a great trade in deal for my 2004Would recommend here to anyone!
