We got great service every step of the way from initial enquiry, survey, manufacture and installation. The whole team were very efficient and ready to help us with advice about installing a canopy over our pergola. We were kept informed at each stage with realistic time frames. It was genuinely a pleasure to carry out a project with a company that obviously works hard to give excellent service.The product itself is great. Well designed, well made from good quality materials and was made to measure to fit our unusual, non standard pergola dimensions. The choice of colours was extensive and we had no trouble finding a colour to match our garden furniture.Excellent, excellent, excellent

Artistic Blinds recently replaced the two canopies on our shop and they look absolutely fabulous. I can't fault their service at all - excellent communication throughout with advice on colour and logo printing. The blinds were removed and installed without any disruption to our business hours at all. Can't recommend this company enough.

Loving our awning which was fitted by Artistic Blinds & Awnings a couple of weeks ago. It has really helped reduce the temperature in our lounge and keeps the sun off, which helps keep the house cool in hot weather. Definitely worth the money as we’ll get lots of use out of it on years to come, friendly staff throughout all communications and visits we had from their team.

Firstly my blind requirements were complex. I had reliable, sensible and patient advice many times over the phone with my various needs. The fitters were were quick, efficient and obliging. Product quality was excellent and the price reasonable. I don’t spend my money easily but the blinds were worth every penny. I am very pleased with both sets.

Fabulous company, great attention to detail and so prompt, not just with the blinds themselves, but responding to e mails and coming to fix a minor problem after installation.I wanted electric blinds and made to measure. I had plenty of samples to choose from and was able to organise the dates to coincide with my move in date as it was a new build. The company liaised with the site staff direct so they were literally put in on the day we moved in.Can't recommend enough!
